The Ritual Body
Rituals. Whether we realize it or not, we all engage in rituals. Whether it be our morning cup of coffee, kissing our loved ones good night, praying before a meal, greeting a friend or stranger, or finding stillness in our days, rituals are a feature of all known human societies.
As much as rituals can connect us, they also exist on a deeply personal level. They can be as divinely unique as the person who practices them.
The Ritual Body aims to break down your series of daily behaviors into conscious rituals. By identifying the most important moments of our days and transforming each into treasured moments met with mindfulness and intention, we begin to see the body and mind evolve and ascend to new levels.
Through this approach, I help clients reach their health, wellness, and fitness goals. As each body is different, so, too, is each ritual. I take an integrated approach to learning about you. We will discuss ways in which you nourish, move, rise, and rest your body and together we will root into your established rituals and construct new ones that feel authentically you.
